While conducting new user training, my colleagues and I were not able to remove or move items in the My Content area by using the dropdown actions. We were only rarely able to add content using the Add to My Content button, greatly limiting the usefulness of the resource. Usually, there was an error message that "something went wrong". We also noted the pre-view image for most videos and some clipart in the Teacher Center area were replaced with an X. Is this a universal problem or one unique to us? Any idea when it will be alleviated or how we can avoid it, if it is user error?
